Situation:

ChannelFlip was a nascent UK brand in the video on demand space, creating short form video programming for males 18-35 yrs. Starting out with a traditional publisher model, it was reliant on uptake from agencies and intermediaries with CPM price fluctuations that didn’t reflect the quality of the content being produced by ChannelFlip.

Objective:

To create a new revenue model that would allow larger and more consistent revenue streams that were proportionate to the quality of the programming.

Result:

The creation of an advertiser funded programming model, allowing advertisers to appeal to their target by a clever mix of quality talent, product placement and sponsorship, to compliment the CPM revenue stream.
